I can't see videos and play games anymore!

I had firmware 3.03 oe-c, but i couldn't play Fifa08(only the older games ) so I put firmware 3.52m33-4, i upgraded to 3.71 and now i have 3.71m33-2. Please tell me what to do next to play games again and what should i do to watch videos!!!

Videos go in the VIDEO folder, they must be converted to MPEG-4 first however. ISO's go in the ISO folder. Very straight forward... Am i right?
