Error with psp slim while making pandora battery!!!

As u have known alot about pandora battery can make on slim by Hellcat.
But i cant. I have a psp slim with ofw 3.71 4G memory with every software download from internet but it can't help me to make it.
First i formated with mspformat then create /PSP/GAME/pan3xx (of Hellcat). but when i run it even with the phat battery (official from sony), i have the same error all the time.
"This game could not be started (80020148)"
Can anyone help me. It has been more than 1 month since i started to crack my psp but till now. seem to impossible for.
Help plz...!!!

if u got sony 3.71 cannot make pandora.!!!!!
First u need PSP with Custon FW to create magic mem/JigKick Battery.
for psp slim u need despertar_cementerio v3 (3.71m33)
works on psp slim 2001 and fat psp too

My psp is the PSP2002. and i tried the 3.71 m33-2 already but i have the same problem "the game sould not be started (8002014C)" and i dunno how to solve it.

you can use the 3.71 m33 to make a pandora battery first you got to downgrade the 3.71 m33 to 1.50 first
