i just recently purchased a darth vador psp, it has 3.6 OFW on it, and I've been trying for 3 days now to get 3.6m33 on it, (so i can upgrade to 3.71m33) But everywhere i look i need a homebrew psp. i have 4 batteries for it, (long story) so i can scratch a batt. but i dont have a pandora battery, and i cant seem to create one. is there a walkthrough on how i can get custom firmware for this? i have a psp slim, 2 mem sticks, and 4 batteries. but cant get ahold of another psp. Im looking for a good tutorial on how to get custom firmware without using another psp. T Y
i think i might have failed :P. i have a slim battery, and it's completely different then the one shown in the picture. i did rip out a prong, and when i put the batter in, the light is green on the psp, but it wont turn on. the green light is, but for some reason it wont power up. is there a psp slim batter tutorial? if not i might have to go to walmart. (hour away so i dont really wanna drive) if theres an easier way, or maybe i did it right. i duno. anyone know if the light is suppose to stay on and not power up?
lm install despertar_cementerio v3 on fat psp.
to create magic memory
then use the magic memory on PSP Slim 2001
but u need do this with ""blind date"""
because u can't see anything on psp slim
the light flash all time so u need let for a little awhile
then get out pandora batt and put normal batt
now u on """3.71 m33""""
maybe u lose the xmb for awhile
but u need go to recovery menu and select
Advanced/Format flash1 and reset settings
now u on 3.71m33 on psp slim
(( follow step by step readme note inside despertar_cementerio v3))

WOOT!! alright, i finally got this limited edition with cfw. bout time. i got sick of not getting this to work. i went to walmart, got a battery, and followed the directions i read on another forum to "hard mod" it to a pandora battery. it all went great. (on the second battery, broke the first one, so i returned it for another :) then on my last attempt i got it to work. now.... the last question i have now is this....with my pandora battery that i now have, can it be charged still? my psp doesnt say its getting charged. and im going to want to use this trick again..
