A buddy of mine introduced me to OSEX yesterday. I found it to be excellent for ripping DVD's fast while maintaining excellent quality. I am now looking for an application that will allow me to not only edit, but convert a .VOB file to a standard file format such as QuickTime. QuickTime is a good format for me to share between my Mac and PC computers. Another thing I would like to accomplish is to make DVD backups of movies I have using only one DVDR disk per movie and with no loss of quality. I have 300+ DVD's and when I travel I only want to take out copies just in case anything gets stolen. I've found programs for PC's, but not for Macs, and the one I purchased for my PC took way too long to burn, and it was not worth my time. Finally, I would like to find a .VOB editor so I can copy all my favourite scenes from movies and make a one-disc compilation. Any help would be appreciated.
