Watching a movie on PSP

I have ripped 2 dvd movies onto my 4GB memory stick on my PSP. One was ripped using PSP Video 9. The second one was ripped using DVDFab Platinum. I used this because PSP Video 9 took so long. When watching both movies, at different times throughout the movie I would get this message "This video cannot be played." I would restart the movie but it would sometimes happen somewhere else in the movie. Has anoyone else had ths problem? anyone know the step by step process for using DVDFAB Platinum and getting the movie on the full screen of the PSP? Please help. thanks

if u use dvdfab platinum
MP_ROOT/100MNV01/M4V00001.MP4
work for me

not if you have fw 2.71 < then you can put it into video on the ms root.
try xilisoft its not free but it works a charm!
