Well I have a question:

I have a backup made of a game and I only have the backup (the original got scratched)the backup I made didn't work on my PS2 but i try it on my friend's PS2 and it worked.

the question is if I try to change the media (only reburn the backup) it could work on my PS2?

this also hapenned with my onimusha 3 backup (It worked on my old PS2 V7) so I probably think that could be my ps2 version (is a V14 model: 75001) do you think i can't play some games like this on my console?

And by the way is there anyway to know if a backup was burn well? (I mean if the data is ok but my PS2 don't read it)

try cleaning the laser on your ps2. try changing media or speeds

OK I'll try it by the way I cleaned the lens but still the same (I did it many times before) and another thing.

Some games only work one day (or time) but then they never work again... :s
