alright im new to this forum, and i was just trying to confirm that,as long as i have a slide tool then,there is no need for a no solder chip correct?

yes if you have swap magic all you need is the slide tool on a fat ps2 or the magic keys on the slim.

thanx,yeah i'm messing with my nephews ps2 he got a fatty,but i will probably upgrade to a flip-top soon.

i just got swap magic 3.6 in the mail today and made my own slide card.

mainly to play the uncut manhunt 2,just in time for halloween.

i d'lded a pal version and burned through nero, and nero did all the work.so im not sure if it worked, i just had to drag the file into nero and it took over from there,so i hope it worked.
