Hi.
I have xtreme 5.3A flashed samsung MS25 drive, I burn games using Imgburn and Fujifilm DVD+R DL at 2.4x(max speed) and ATAPI (g7v9) . I was wondering if there is a way to fix slow loading problem without using another media, for example another software cloneCD or crossflashing my dvd burner to another name like Benq, different burning speed,....

not really. If your laser has a problem reading the media causing them to load slower then they should the only fix is better quality media. PLus that means extra strain is being put on your laser which will cause it to wear out faster than it should.

You can try burning the games at 4X is you use a 6X or 8X max speed disc, booktyping the media to DVD-Rom if your burner can. But if neither or both of those do not work it is time for better media.
