I keep getting the message that it failed.

Here is the Log:

looks like your pulling from 1 location and useing another location and getting confused?

and the error is here

should it be processing file - Input file: C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Desktop\VTS_02_PGC_01_1.VOB

you useing PC and MANJO - 2 locations / users of a computer?

maybe change root directory to C:\NEW folder not use 2 different desktop users

C:\Documents and Settings\Manoj\
C:\Documents and Settings\pc\

if your logged on other user isnt...

they are all from the same spot sorry i was trying to edit out the name and must have forgot to remove that one. they are all from pc.

get away from desktop

do you have this folder agk_tmp set in autoGK (sorry been awhile useing this app)

C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Desktop\agk_tmp \

it creates a folder everytime i setup a convert process and it already is
C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Desktop\agk_tmp \
