How can I import CGPs into DVD Fab?

I'm a total Newbie, so please be patient with me. :)
I am testing DVD Fab v0.17.1 before I commit to buying the commericial version. I am trying to use the pre-made Change Graphics Packages (CGP) I downloaded. I want to use some of the CGPs like Blown Away and Tanned Temptation to fit the mood of the movie I'm backing up. I have put those files into a folder called "CGP" in my DVD FAB directory. When I try to use the Change Graphics Package button the system does not see my files. The files end with .CGP and the program seems to be looking for something with a .VOB.
Also, when I try to use the "Settings" button it is already pointed at DVD Fab which contains the default CGP, but I can't point it at the CGP folder which contains the options I would like to select.
