WII (JPN) got bricked, cant go settings

Hi pplz, will appreciate if some one could help me to unbricked my WII (JPN).
I can't access to settings, it came out to a page which require me to update something and hang there.
I think it was maybe i got bricked my Wii (Jpn) with some games like Paper mario (USA) or Metroid 3 (USA) as what i had read through the forum.
Understand that there may be a way to unbricked my Wii(JPN) with some games higher version of what i had now.

Does Mario Galaxy will update my current version and restore my setting.

I been waiting so long to restore my WII. Hope you pplz could assist.

Mario Galaxy will unbrick your japan wii but you might not be able to play it due to game encryption protection of the game. You have to update wiikey to v1.9 but I saw some unsuccessfuly story. That's what I worry about.
