hi anyone now how to get the boxes back up and running mine has no channels its frozen on the menu background. thanks

deanlw,u might have done a factory reset[ erased channels ] do an autoscan on ur provider and emu to on to view

OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

Choose Provider etc
Automatic Scan
Press OK
Channels found
