wiikey cmos battery needs removing

My wii will play backups and then after a reset stop.

I need to remove the cr2032 battery and the power then it seems to reset something and it all works again.

It has 1.9g and i used the 1.3 setup disk, it started playing up after the update 3.1 something i think.

i have heard of other people getting a simular issue's and reflashed.

has anyone had simular issues ?
