Thrillville: Off the Rails MUST be rebuilt to work....as many games do these days...it's 4.37GB in size! however about 1/2GB of that is empty space! - virtually all PS2 games 4.34 or 4.35GB in size or larger will not work with Swap Magic without being reduced in size or a specific patch being applied to the iso before burning.

For Thrillville OTR all you do is use Apache 2 or 3 OR Isobuster to extract the files from the iso (read to your hard drive with DVD Decryptor), create a filelist with Isobuster or Apache, re-sort the list so its in LBA order, and then use $ony CD/DVD Generator (alternative programs exist now also) to rebuild the iso in the EXACT same order as the re-sorted list - this removes the empty space that was put in the original but NONE of the game content is lost at all...plays exactly like the original.

Just to add: occasionally you'll see large Dummy files that are put in instead of empty space between files - but this practice has mostly gone away. All you do is reduce the file size down to 1KB (create a file in Notepad with a single space in it, save as the original filename incl. extension and rebuild the iso using it instead of the original). A couple games that come to mind that used the "file technique" of adding empty space were NHL 2004 (DUMMY.PAD) and Digital Devil Saga 2 (ZZZ100MB.DAT).
