IFO Edit functionality on OS X

subject says it all, I've seen it brought up but no answers so far.
Is there any way to get the functionality of something like IFO edit on OS X? Even just knowing how to decode it into a quasi-human readable form might be enough (with of course the ability to re-encode the altered IFO)
