Possible to boot HDLoader with V11?

I've got a fat silver PAL PS2 V11 (Exploit doesn't work) and want to use HDLoader. Is it possible to boot the elf-File without using a Modchip/SwapMagic? Maybe with the USB-drive of Action Replay?

if you have action replay MAX, then it should boot. i think it's the media player(?) that boots elf files.
