FLASH 0Theme Help- Urent

Hi!
I recently installed a flash 0 theme on my 3.71m33-2, it worked perfectly.

now I want to go back to what I had before, my original sony one, I made a back up of it, it is on my desktop.

So to put it back to normal, do I just drag and drop my flash 0 folders itno the correct place, replacing everything, or do I have to do everything one at a time?
