Hi, can anyone help me?

Im running 3.52 m33 on a phat psp, I have an 8gb memory card but the problem is that some iso's that I transfer dont show up in the menu, then when I reformat, those will and others wont. Just now I attempted to transfer back some savegames but even though I could see them on the computer via the usb, when I exited usb mode and looked on the psp they were corrupted data, checked again via usb and they were corrupted, even though they werent when I transferred and checked. All this seems to happen after I exit usb mode. Very strange.
Ive also checked the memory card for bad sectors via windows and it has reported no problems but when checking the card in psp the magicgate is unknown which could I know point to a fake card but im sure its not that simple.

Any help is appreciated!

Fake.

It's a fake card.

Did you buy it from eBay?

How much does it cost?

eBay Memory Stick's are all fake(maybe 5% isn't) so eBay is dangerous for PSP memory sticks and batteries.

damn, apart from the unknown magicgate thing everything about it says 8gb, even the markings that i can barely make out on the back. So i take it this is reporting the wrong capacity then? if so is there any way to find out just what the capacity really is? or maybe sorting it out somehow?
