Why won't my LG USB drive register?

I can't seem to get my USB connected LG drive to show up on Rawdump 2.0. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I have tried turning off my computer and turning it back on with the USB connected. This has been an issue in the past but I always eventually got it to work. For some reason this time I just can't seem to get Rawdump 2.0 to see the drive. It does say that their are 2 drives but it is just a copy of the first one. Also, under "my computer" it does say it recognizes it. Any suggestions?
