So I downloaded GH3, but it says that it needs a system update. I did it, but failed. Looked exactly like SMG. Is this another game that needs a patch? Also, when I downloaded the SMG fix from Wiikey, it said I need a CD (not dvd), and the Wii doesn't recognize it. How do I use it?

1) The Wiikey 1.9g update will burn onto a DVD just fine and will perform the update on real wiikey chips.

2) Does your authentic copy of GH3 work? Try that. That'd be my first suggestion. If you can't because you don't have any copy besides the PIRATED version you grabbed online, then looks like your S.O.L.

Always use brick blocker before burning any ISO....
