Hi, i had a d2c chip installed into my system yesterday, got it home was working fine enjoying it. This morning i moved the wii into a vertical position whilst off, loaded the disk pressed start and got an error telling me to eject and turn off. I ejected, had to switch off at socket as it was non responsive. Now my wii is getting a disk read error on all games, backed up and original.

Is it possible the chip has come loose?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

The only solution is to open the wii and see look if it is well connected

if you aren't comfortable opening your wii up (and had someone else install the chip for you) then take it back to them and have them do it. explain the problem, and if they're not assholes they'll take a look (assuming you paid them for their service in the first place).
