gta vcs part 1 and part 2???

I just downloaded gta vice city stories and the file had a folder with 2 files in it: gtavcs.part1.rar and gtavcs.part2.rar. What does this mean ? What do i do with them? I tried extracting them but the first one gets stuck when extracting at the very end.

Make a new folder and paste them both in it. Right click one of them and then extract, it will extract perfectly unless there is a missing Part 3.

i extracted the first one but the second one closes right when i start it. Do i ONLY need to extract one?

yeah, it will automaticaly ifnd the second one as long as its in the same folder.
