iPrep help for MS25

When doing iDump on my TS-H943A(MS25) I get this..

Reading... 01% Control-Break pressed.
Terminate batch file C:\IPREP\IDump.bat (Yes/No/All)?

When I try to type "No" it sends:

ixtreme.bin => backups/serial/serial/hacked.bin

Then it gives me the orig.bin is not 256kb!..

I'm on a XP Pro SP2 using the NTFS4DOS method. I also have the updated ixDef.xml and v1.2 RevC as well as the via 6421 pci card.
What am I supposed to do?
