I have a Samsung HDMI DVD RECORDER[/i, which is tunerless--meaning, it cannot broadcast TV Channels unlike other DVD players. I can use it only to watch movies. Now, would it be better if I trade it with DVD HDMI [i]Player?. And if I did that, would I be able to watch all channels in HDMI regardless wether the channel was broadcast in HD?
Right now, I have a Comcast box. Not all channels are broadcast in HD. I just recently bought my player and could still swap it with a different one, but I would like to know if a player could transmit all the channels in HD.
Also, If I have a HDmi DVD player would it be becessary to have a Comcast box? I hope my question makes sense. Thanks.
