my computer wont start it says that i dont have mss32.dll and it says that i should install it again and i did install it again but i didnt work

What do you mean by reinsistalled it? Reinstall windows? Or did you just recopy the dll file somewhere (if so you need to register that DLL with windows before it is recognized)
