If You download it and read the readme it should tell you.
but heres a tutorial on how to use it.

all it does is allow bricked psp and psp with 3.51fw and up to downgrade. it also allows slim psp to get to 3.60m33 to play homebrews

PSP slim cant rum FW 3.60>>>. you can use pandora to change it from 3.60 to 3.60m33 or 3.71m33. the slim has different (motherborad) to the fat (psp) so cant run 1.50 - 3.52.
but most homebrews will work on 3.60m33 for the slim even though it wont have the 1.50 kernel.
