I have MS25 drive and have via vt6421 pci sata card...ive installed the card and updated the drivers, Ive made a bootable flashed usb stick thats fine...but im stuck on what settings i am ment to have in my bios screen on the pc...ive made my 1st boot device USB - FDD i think thats right...but when i come to my integrated peripherals im not sure what to change. i cant find any sign of my via vt card (do you need to hook that up to your pc via sata cable or does is the pci slot the only place it should connect???)

anyways what should i disable and what should i enable??

pci slot only needs connecting mate.

disable your hard drive and just enable your usb ( in bootable devices)
Your pc recognizes your via card as iprep would'nt have enabled you to make it as a bootable medium.

just boot up to your usb and it should go into dos.
