ISO is the File Format before CSO(Its just what happends after thee ISO is compressed) And you can not run ISOs or any other homebrew apps. because you dont have a psp running custom firmware

sorry before if my english wasn't clear :). Anyway there is no need to get a CSO converter. Because a CSO is a ISO just a compressed one. It works exactly the same as an ISO. But since you have 3.70 firmware you need to downgrade your psp

right now, the pes2007 cso is useless because your psp has official firmware. you will need to downgrade it to 1.50 and install custom firmware, or use the universal unbricker to put it straight to custom firmware.

the only way to downgrade 3.51+ firmware is with pandora's battery and a magic memory stick.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .
