DVD without sound and Protection Error 103

When I open a DVD with Windows Media Player, I can't hear the sound, even thou I can open the DVD normally with other players such as Media Player Classic. I have this problem recently, before I could normally open a DVD with WMP, but it has been a couple of weeks since I can't do it anymore.

Besides that, when I close the program, it appears a dialog box that says

Protection Error
Error: 103

The only program I have recently installed is 123 DVD Converter v. 4.0.7.

Check to see if there is a decoder on the PC that is available for WMP to use.
