I backed up this game (NTSC), but I noticed the ISO is 4.37GB. Do I need to rebuild it to get it to 4.35GB or less so Swap Magic can boot it?

On the SKS Apps page under Swap Magic Tools there is a PPF patch for Outbreak that it says you need to apply so you don't have to use CDLoader, but the file is still 4.37GB after patching it.

Will rebuilding the image affect the ability to play online?
