Hello. I know this has been asked numerous times, but after doing a search I couldn't find an answer.

I recorded some footage with my digital camera. I transfered the video via fire wire to my PC. The file ended up being almost 400 megs.

I wanted to compress the file to 100 megs to upload to youtube. People say youtube has a 100 meg limit, but yesterday I was able to upload a file of 200 megs. I'm assuming they did the compression for me??

Anyway, I've used AutoGK before to compress iso files (DVD Decrypter, iso mode). So I tried using Auto GK, compress to target quality 50%, and I get a message saying: EXCEPTION: no frames are found. Also, in Auto GK it says the video resolution is 720x0. wtf?

So I would like to use a different program, or try to fix this problem with Auto GK.
