I got a friends PSP slim, who wanted me to get it to 3.71 MM3-2.
I did all i could and got his PSP slim to 3.71 MM3 with Despertar Cementerio, now i tried putting it on, but it loads a little while, and then freezes, what is wrong?

try doing a reflash or running pandora battery all over again?

go to recovery menu, choice
Advanced->Format flash1 and reset settings
..that's all
works.!!
