Ok I extracted the Team Xavier auto-installer ISO and came up with three new files. I now have default.xbe, disk.bin, and evox. But I'm still confused on what to do next. I have burned these files to a TDK CDRW and inserted the disk into my xbox, but the xbox still states that it cannot read the disk. Make sure it a DVD, CD, .... Can someone please tell me exactly what the next step is. Should the xbox be able to read the disk and maybe I'm burning it wrong. I'm using Nero 6 and have successfully flasked my Chameleon with the D.6 Blue BIOS. Or do I now have to FTP into my xbox and download the new extracted files directly to my xbox hard drive? I've been trying to mod my xbox for about a week and have come along very slowly. If anyone can explain to me exactly what the next step is with this Team Xavier auto-installer. It would be greatly appreciated. Yes, I'm a newbie, but we all had to stop somewhere. So please be patient. Thanks again!

DONT EXTRACT THE ISO!!!!!!!!!!! BURN IT TO A CD USING Nero (select burn from image from one of the menus at the top) AND THEN POP IT IN YOUR XBOX!!!!! It should work then

If the disc you tried wouldn't load just try another Brand Name disc.

Ok, first off I would like to thank everyone for their help! You guys ROCK!!! For everyone else who may be having the same problem I had. You DO NOT extract the team xavier installer. When using Nero, you must click on the Recorder tab at the top and choose Burn Image. From there a new window appears and that's where you burn the ISO. Choose no joliet, ISO mode 1, no multisession and you're ready to go. I still can't thank you guys enough for helping me finally mod my xbox!
