The Benq Flash is hard. Any pointers?

I just got my new system back fro the repair center and I have a Benq drive. I have a PCI VIA w/ 6421 chip. Dosflash32 the resend message comes up twice with differant port each time. I click yes but it never "comes back up" after powercycling the Benq psu. I suppose I can use dosflash16 but that command line is a little intimadating. accordding to C4eva at [url=http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=627216][/url], this is the only way I can. For example, in my dos cmd how do I know my [FLASH SIZE]? And once I have used the read out to C:\flash.bin, when do the Hacked firmware read that file and add my xbox's info into the hacked firmware. .. or does r/e/w take care of that? Is there a company that will flash for me?
