i am trying to turn a movie into an .iso file with DVD Shrink. I keep getting this message no matter what computer I use:
"Invalid navigation structure"
Does anyone know what this means? Or what causes it to appear? Thanks.

What's the movie? It could be due to the copy protection. Since Shrink is no longer updated there are quite a few it can't handle by it's lonesome.
Rip w/ DVDFab HD Decrypter 1st then open those files in Shrink.
