I have a PAL Wii with 3.1E and the Wiikey version 1.9g
I burnt Metroid prime (PAL) it asked to update but I have
the latest firmware so I am thinking its not a PAL game
version and it may brick the Wii.


I burnt and patched the ISO game with the Wiiblocker but
the game screen goes black before it loads.

Anyone have any ideas what wrong

If the iso you have is pal and you have a pal console it is fine to play the game as i burnt a Pal iso of the game on my 3.1E Pal console and it still asked me to update and everything is running fine

So you dont need to brickblock it
