I'm new in this PsP, can anybody tell step by step how to upgrade firmware to 3.73M33 from 3.10OE-A. and where to download the PBP file. THANKS

Yea... there isn't even an official firmware 3.73, let's not get ahead of ourselves. As luffy implied, the newest M33 firmware is 3.71 M33-3.
