Well once you click on one of them, you get one ISO file. Extract that ISO file somewhere and copy it to the ISO folder in the root of your PSP:
ms0:/ISO/(Your ISO should be here)
Then, it'll appear in the Game part in your Memory Stick Duo when you open your PSP. Just hit X and it'll start (that is if the ISO is genuine)!

No, never do that! Extract the one that has most MBs if they all are the same sizes, pick any.

Let's say you download an ISO and you get 17 files and they're all the same except one is for example nfsur01 and the other one is nfsur02 then you choose any of them and extract it and use it but if you get 3 files, one if a README.txt, one is nfsur.iso and one is Demenoid.txt, then obviously you take the ISO (the one that has the biggest size). Extracting all of them just takes more time. Believe me, I have 87 ISOs!

OK show-off, UMD games and UMD movies have nothing to do with how to extract multiple ISO files! So stop trying to brick Megalison's PSP because "I'm got UMDs 2"!
Just to end this useless crap by whichozzz, Magalison, just choose any of the files unless each is somethign different. If that's the case, extract the one with .ISO at the end. If you just see .rar at the end of multiple files, extract any of those.

I meant I downloaded 87 ISOs, not in the same torrent! Plus I don't act like a king or whatever I just said that both ways might work but there's no need to stick in how many UMD games and how many UMD movies you have.

Wichozzz,
Here is a quote from a stickied guide on AfterDawn:
Quote: YOU ONLY NEED TO EXTRACT THE IMAGE FROM ONE OF THEM
DO NOT EXTRACT EACH RAR FILE INDIVIDUALLY
In simpleton terms YOU ONLY DO THE EXTRACTION PROCESS ONCE
As all the info contained inside the different rar files will be re-joined back together to form the original image
