If im going to use the Universal unbricker to unbrick my psp i need an extra battery and ms. But after im done unbricking can i put the battery and ms back the way it was before or will be like that forever? Can i use the pandoras battery and ms again like for regular use?

If you wish to use one battery and MS then you're in problems.

When you've done unbricking and turn the battery and MS back, you will not be able to unbrick anymore...

You can keep the MS and battery though.

When running Pandora's Battery creator, press triangle.Then start it again and press X. After you've done the unbricking, plug your AC Adapter to the PSP(without the battery.)Now open your PSP then place your battery back in. Now, run Pandora's Battery Creator then hold L+R at the same time. You've reconverted the battery.

Don't convert the battery to Pandora then back to normal too much because you will ruin your battery.
