This update has been around for a while. It seems like it kind of got lost in black hole. Anyways, I was just surfing around (still on the hunt for a SLIM 1.50 kernel update/rumor) when I stumbled across this.
http://forums.exophase.com/showthread.php?t=3540
I haven't personally tested it yet but it seems like a step in the right direction.

Well then, take this! It's Snes and NES emus. About 6.7MB. Now all you need are the ROMs. Their running under 3.xx kernel and they work great!

Enjoy!

I know of a bunch of sites with literally thousands of roms for free and easy to get. None of that crap where you have to jump through 15 windows to get to a download page. however, I don't think i'm alowed to post any links here :P haha

What emulators are you using? and what file extension do the roms you use for each emulator have?

edgeemu is great but i tink G-masters is the largest collection of just GBA, Snes, and classic NES roms.

You can play just about every emulator or game on the slim as you can on the phat at this point. You just have to fine the right emulators made for the slim. if you check out one of the 2 following sites, they should have what you?re looking for. in fact I know that they specifically have a SNES emulator for the slim that are confirmed to work.

I think its your rom. I had a ton a trouble with Mario all stars in the past, and not just on the PSP. when I was trying to emulate it on the computer it didn't work. I finally managed to find a good version, it took me alot of google searching though.
