I know all about the fact that you have to use the original swap magic disc for it to work. But are there and free programs or programs that you can backup that do the same job?

no. swapmagic is a pressed disc. burning one that you downloaded would do you no good, as the ps2 won't recognize it.

if your ps2 doesn't have a modchip, then swapmagic is the only way to play copied games.


the other method is to use the hdd/network adapter combo, load games to the hdd, and boot with hdloader, retail disc or elf file. only applies to fat ps2.

Besides swap magic, you have to use a memory card exploit with ARmax or codebreaker, or a hard drive mod chip.
