Have you contact tech support at Dynex? That is the first place I would start.

Yup but they just told me in few words as possible that the driver's might not be compatable (but they are because i notice these thing's when i buy this stuff) and it says on the package too, then they say make shure i have updated drivers and check our site but the only ones there are the same as the disc it came with version and all. Ha well im taking it back tomorrow, guess i should have spent the extra 10 buck's and got me the LOGITECH i was looking at LOL.

I only use Logitech and have for many years. I just wish I could find another MX-500, or two. I use the MX-700 wireless, on my backup computer. Hard wire on this one.

A friend got a tub of Dynex a year or so again and they turned out to be Ritek...not to bad, but unfortunately Dynex are one of those "box of chocolate" brands...you don't know what you are going to get.
