There r lots of guides/tuts on how 2 make & use the pandora batt/ms but i was wondering can i reuse my magic ms 2 downgrade a friend psp cfw 3.52?1st of i had a bricked psp then i used a pandora batt/ms 2 unbrick,the ms had option 2 dump nand which i did,and option 2 install cfw 3.71 m33-2 which i also done,my ? is can i use that same ms & batt 2 install 3.71 m33-2 on an official fw 3.52 psp?if sum1 could help me or steer me in the right direction,i would appreciate it heaps

Yes, you can, you can use it as many times as you want.

will it be alright even if i dumped my nand in the ms?well i think thats what it did wen i 1st unbricked my psp

The NAND dump has no relevance, if you do however use a backup of NAND, only use it on your own PSP. The NAND backup can only be written if you change the file name and then choose that option in the Pandora menu. For normal purposes (Downgrading) you don't need to do anything with the NAND backup.
You can leave it on the memory card and it won't do any harm.

Yes, just don't back up his NAND or it will overwrite yours.
