How do i take download ps2 files and make an iso out of them?

I downloaded NHL 08 off bittorrent for backup for my ps2. I downloaded the file thinking i would get an iso file but instead i got the files that are inside the iso file (Audio folder, CNF folder, DB folder, DESI folder, ECN folder etc.) I need to know how i can made an iso image of all these files so i can burn with dvd decrypter and run the game on my ps2.
