yea i modded my firmware and i think clearing space i accidentally deleted my EBOOt for the internet browser on the psp so if anyone has it that would be nice or ill try to find it in my backup files

Unlikely, what happened is you wiped out your configuration settings when you did the modification...

-What firmware are you running currently?
-Did you check your network settings to make sure you have a connection set up?
