My xbox 360 has just got the dreaded 3 lights!! but my console has a crack under the power thing showing i have tampered to open it before so im out of warrenty will they still fixs it? or will i have to pay 140$ or how evermuch it cost..

If they see it's been tampered with, they won't even take your $140. You'll just get it back and have to pay for shipping.

That being said... there have been reports where people have sent in modded 360's with missing/cut warranty stickers and they still got repaired.

And there have been reports of people getting it shipped back because it was tampered with.
