ok well first u need to make a pandoras battery (google it) to downgrade to 1.5 then you need to update to a custom firmware(I use 3.71 m33-2) if u need more specific instructions ask

just first do you know anyone with a psp that can run homebrew. eg on firmware 1.5 or on a custom firmware
