Ive read on the forums that the lower burning speed the better, but ive also heard that you should burn at half of what your disc can do, for example, if you have an 8x disc, you should burn at 4x. So what would be better, to burn at 4x or 1x the lowest? Thanks in advance!

I have made nothing but coasters when i have burnt a game at any other speed than 1x.
Thats burning Verbs and Ritek's.
Burning with a pioneer 111d.

I use only 4X with a 6X max disc.
