Working with 2 Pioneer dvd+-r A06 burners.
Currently using CopytoDVD to burn, doesn't seem to have the ability to simultaneously burn to both drives. Is there software out there that somone has had success with that can burn to 2 drives at once? Also, I have both burners on same IDE cable, one set to master, the other to slave. Is this going to cause me headaches during the burning process.

Thanks,

Vike

Hey vike,
I think I see that option in Nero 6 Burning ROM. How do you like your A-06's...mine has been great. Oh and I think I've read some things here concerning quality when doing simultaneous burns.
Let us know how things work out, You're at the right place.

Got Nero, checking it out, will let you know how it goes. Thanks for the tip. By the way, my specs are asus mobo p4bgl-mx, 2.4 ghz intel celeron, 512 mb ddr ram. Using DVD Decrypter to rip, DVD2One to compress and currently using copytodvd to burn.

Well, those that know me, know I am impatient....LOL

So I just tried it........no probs at all worked like a charm using Recordnow DX....

Both drives (Pioneer 106) on the same ide as master/slave...

Set the advanced settings (in recnow) for the same drive/firmware etc.....loaded up the 4x ritek -r's......and zapped the 4.3Gb image to them in 15 mins.....

Both discs burned mint, no skipping as new....

Was tempted to try the exact copy method but not many discs left.......but to be honest I think it may have worked

Oh I now have an abundant supply of 'shrek' to use as placemats.......LOL

Anyways at least my pops will be happy on xmas morning.....if I think he deserves it....LOL
