I have a Kingston 128MB stick. Would it be compatible with the regular non-evo Action Replay MAX? or Do I have to buy a Max Drive? Thanks to all in advance.

I'm pretty sure any USB drive should work. But it has to be formatted to FAT (FAT16)

Thanks everyone for all the help. I bought a 128mb Max Drive from ebay brand new. It's working alright. But My 16mb Max Memory card that came with my Action Replay Max is kinda corrupted I think. They have some saves on it that's currupted that I got from codejunkies and it has some that are good, but I can't seem to delete the currupted saves on the memory card. The ps2 won't delete it, the action replay max memory won't delete it. What can I do? Thanks alot in advance to all!!

I only use my Action Replay Max w/16mb max card and my 128mb Max Drive to only transfer saves from my PC to my PS2. When I download a Max Save lets say from gamefaqs, do I have to uncrush it? Cause I had to uncrush a Resident Evil 4 .max save that I downloaded from Gamefaqs.com and the game found the save when I loaded it. I know you have to uncrush saves for the game to detect it. So basically, How do I know when I have to uncrush it? I get .max saves from Gamefaqs.com and Codejunkies.com. My 128mb comes with a max memory cd that I can put in my ps2 and I can transfer saves from my stick to my memory card, but my action replay max also comes with a max memory cd tht I can also do the same. Which one is recommended? Thanks greatly to all in advance.!!!

you HAVE TO uncrush every .max save in order for the game to detect the save. :)
